On-Bus Systems Operative
Arriva Midlands and Arriva Shires are part of the Deutsche Bahn group and we are focusing on continually improving service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability. We are looking for an On-Bus Systems Operative, based at Luton, to join us on our journey.
You will support the depot teams with the day to day operation of on-bus systems including CCTV, WiFi, USB & 240v charging infrastructure and ticket machine baseplates. The role also includes monitoring the full compliance of any data handling operations within the depots when accessing sensitive or confidential imagery or data and the organisation of CCTV hardware maintenance via the local depot teams.
This role requires an ability to ensure that the business fully adheres to the Data Protection Act, through ensuring that data requests are dealt with appropriately, and that the depots are equipped and trained to do so as well. You will also be required to coordinate maintenance of on-bus system hardware.
In order to be successful in this role it is essential that you hold a driving licence so you have the ability to travel within the business where necessary, and you must be prepared to work at other locations on a temporary basis should the need arise.
