Watford Leisure Centre
Watford Leisure Centre with its two locations in central Watford and Woodside have state-of-the-art gym and fitness classes for all levels.
Swimmers of all ages and abilities have four pools to choose from and swimming lessons are available if needed.
Two sports halls play host to table tennis, badminton and five-a-side football. You can also play squash at Woodside.
There is even an indoor climbing wall at central Watford.
