ArrivaClick - Watford "FIRSTCLICK" Offer Terms and Conditions
- The promoter of this Offer is Arriva Plc whose registered office is at, 1 Admiral Way, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland, SR3 3XP UK ("Arriva").
- These terms and conditions govern the use of the Promotional Code.
- “Promotional Code” means the promotional code ‘FIRSTCLICK’
- Travel for free on your first journey using ArrivaClick services within the ArrivaClick Watford zone (https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/arrivaclick/arrivaclick-watford) when you redeem the Promotional Code (the “Offer”).
- To participate in this Offer you will need to download the ArrivaClick Mobile Application for Watford; https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/arrivaclick/arrivaclick-watford (the “App”) and create an account. The Offer is only available to new account holders booking their first journey using the App.
- Please note, individuals aged 16 or 17 years must have consent from their parent or guardian to download the App and create an account. Minors under 16 years are able to use the App if a parent has given them consent and provided card details for payment. Alternatively, parents can book on behalf of a child and provide a unique 4 digit code to show or tell the driver. If bookings are made on behalf of a child then the child must have the passenger code to provide to the driver in order to travel.
- To redeem the Promotional Code and receive your first ride free please enter the Promotional Code into the ‘promo codes’ section of the App when making your booking.
- The Offer price of £0.00 will be shown to you on the App when you make your first booking in accordance with these terms and conditions and will show on your bank statement.
- The Promotional Code can only be used once per ArrivaClick account created pursuant to condition 5 above all travel is subject to hours of operation, availability and prior booking.
- The driver may refuse the right to travel if they suspect you are acting in breach of these terms and conditions and/or abusing this Offer.

ArrivaClick - Watford Vaccination Promotional Ticket Offer Terms and Conditions

- The offer is for free travel using the ArrivaClick Watford Service within the ArrivaClick Watford Zone (https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/arrivaclick/arrivaclick-watford) to and from your first, second and/or any booster COVID 19 vaccination appointment (the “Offer”).
- To participate in this Offer you will need to download the ArrivaClick Mobile Watford Application; ArrivaClick Watford (the “App”) and create an account.
- The Offer is available to both existing and new ArrivaClick account holders who hold a UK bank account.
- To redeem this Offer you will need to;
- enter the promotional code ‘Vaccine1’ into the ‘promo codes’ section of the App when booking your journey to your first COVID19 vaccine appointment;
- enter the promotional code ‘Vaccine 2’ into the ‘promo codes’ section of the App when booking your journey to your second COVID19 vaccine appointment; and/or
- enter the promotional code ‘BOOSTER’ into the ‘promo codes’ section of the App when booking your journey to any booster COVID19 vaccine appointment.
- The Offer price of £0.00 will be shown to you on the App prior to booking your journeys in accordance with these terms and conditions and will show on your bank statement.
- Proof of your COVID19 vaccination appointment must be shown to the driver upon boarding the service (for the avoidance of doubt no medical information is required to be shown), this can be your booking confirmation letter, text or email.
- The outbound and corresponding inbound journey to and from any COVID19 vaccine appointment must be made on the same day to qualify for the Offer.

ArrivaClick Watford 2 Travel for the price of 1 Promotional Order Terms and Conditions
Definitions and Description
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of ArrivaClick rides (“Rides”) by you (“You” or “Your”) between 31st July 2023 and 25th August 2023 (“Promotional Dates”) from Arriva UK Bus Limited, incorporated in England & Wales, with company number 2756876 and its registered office address at 1 Admiral Way, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland, SR3 3XP (referred to herein as “ArrivaClick”). ArrivaClick will treat each order (“Order”) for a Ride by You as an offer by You to purchase the Ride in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Conditions of Carriage (available via the link below). These terms and conditions and the Conditions of Carriage will be binding on You when ArrivaClick accepts your Order.
Subject to these terms and conditions, this promotion (“Promotion”) will be valid for one (1) additional adult or one (1) additional child to Ride free of charge when one (1) adult purchases a Ride within the ArrivaClick Watford zone, available here: https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/arrivaclick/arrivaclick-watford (“Zone”) on one of the Promotional Dates.
Rides
ArrivaClick reserves the right to reject or cancel any Ride which it reasonably believes to be Ordered on a stolen or misappropriated phone or device or if the Order or Ride or You is/are not compliant with the Conditions of Carriage or these terms and conditions.
Promotion
To place an Order for Rides using the Promotion, You must:

(2) Select Your origin and destination points, Your departure date and time, and passenger numbers;
(3) Ensure You purchase a Ride on one of the Promotional Dates for which the Promotion is valid; and
(4) Subject to the above steps being followed, one (1) additional adult or one (1) additional child in your Ride will travel free of charge.

Rides are subject to availability and nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to require ArrivaClick to accept any Order for Rides.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount, voucher, prize, offer, promotion or concession rate.
It is Your responsibility to ensure that You have used a secure email address (if needed) or are using an appropriate phone/device for Order and receipt of any Rides. It is Your responsibility to familiarise Yourself with and ensure You comply with the Conditions of Carriage and ArrivaClick website terms of use, available here: https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/arrivaclick/arrivaclick-terms-and-conditions---watford (“Terms of Use”). ArrivaClick reserves the right to refuse carriage on its services for failures to comply with the Conditions of Carriage. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Conditions of Carriage or Terms of Use, the Conditions of Carriage or Terms of Use (as applicable) will take precedence.
Revocation and Refund Policy
ArrivaClick reserves the right to revoke without notice or liability any Rides which it reasonably believes have been obtained or used in any fraudulent manner or if You fail to comply with these terms and conditions, the Conditions of Carriage, or Terms of Use. ArrivaClick may amend these terms and conditions or cease to offer Rides for sale or Promotions or Promotional Codes for use at any time.
Liability
ArrivaClick’s liability to You will be governed by the Conditions of Carriage. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to limit or exclude ArrivaClick’s liability for personal injury or death caused by its (or its personnel’s) negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Amendment, Suspension or Termination
ArrivaClick reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the availability of the Promotion or (if applicable) Promotional Code at any time. Where a Promotional Code is no longer available for use, ArrivaClick will notify You, if You attempt to use it, via an error message “Invalid promo code” in the ‘Promo Codes’ section of the app.

Personal data collected when You place an Order for Rides will be handled in accordance with the ArrivaClick privacy policy. Variation
ArrivaClick may change these terms and conditions from time to time and You will be deemed to accept such changes in any Ride purchases subsequently made. Any changes will not affect Ride purchases made prior to the changes taking effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Statutory Rights
As a consumer You have certain statutory rights regarding statements made in public by ArrivaClick or its representatives, the repair or return and replacement of defective or misdescribed goods and the performance of services, as well as claims in respect of losses caused by ArrivaClick’s negligence or failure to carry out its obligations. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects those statutory rights.
These terms and conditions are intended to be consistent with Your statutory rights and nothing in them is intended to impose on You any duty or liability additional to those specified in or permitted by applicable statutes and regulations. If You would like a copy of applicable statutes and/or regulations, these can be obtained from the Office of Fair Trading.

ArrivaClick - Watford West Herts College 20% Off Offer
1. The following definitions apply to these terms and conditions:
a. “App” means the ArrivaClick Mobile – Watford Application (https://apps.apple.com/app/id1491782382 or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ioki.arrivaclickwatford).
b. “Arriva” means Arriva Plc whose registered office is at, 1 Admiral Way, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland, SR3 3XP UK.
c. “Offer” means 20% off the cost of travel on ArrivaClick services on the Promotional Dates within the Zone booked via the App using the Promotional Code when a Qualifying Pick Up Point or Qualifying Drop Off Point is selected.
d. “Promotional Code” means the promotional code ‘westherts23’ that must be redeemed to receive the benefit of the Offer.
e. “Promotional Dates” means any and/or all of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th October 2023 inclusive during the hours 6am - 10pm Monday to Thursday and 6am - 11pm Friday.
f. “Qualifying Drop Off Point” means West Herts College
g. “Qualifying Pick Up Point” means West Herts College

3. To participate in the Offer you will need to have downloaded the App and created an account. The Offer is available to both existing and new account holders.
4. To redeem the Promotional Code please enter the Promotional Code into the ‘promo codes’ section of the App and select either a Qualifying Pick Up Point or a Qualifying Drop Off point as part of your journey when making your booking.
5. To qualify for the Offer, booking of the journey and redemption of the Promotional Code must be made on one of the Promotional Dates and all travel must be undertaken on the Promotional Dates.
6. The Offer price will be shown to you on the App when you make your booking in accordance with these terms and conditions and this value will show on your bank statement after you have undertaken your journey.
7. This Offer is open to residents of the UK who hold a UK bank account.

9. There are no restrictions on the number of journeys that can be made using the Promotional Code during the Promotional Period, however the Promotional Code will need to be redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions each time a booking is made.
10. All travel is subject to:
a. hours of operation as set out in the definition of Promotional Dates;
b. prior booking;
c. seating availability within each ArrivaClick vehicle at the time of booking;
and
d. the availability of ArrivaClick vehicles in operation at the time of booking.
11. Please note, Arriva will operate 5 ArrivaClick vehicles on the Promotional Dates during the hours set out in the definition of Promotional Dates and each vehicle has a capacity to seat 16 passengers.
