Where to find your ticket number
In order to redeem your Days Out voucher you must write the number found on your Arriva bus ticket in the space provided.
Found below is a guide to locating your ticket number found on the paper and m-ticket versions.
M-Ticket
The number needed for the Days Out voucher is found at the edge of your M-Ticket, located within the grey border.
Note: It is NOT number marked ‘Security Code’
Paper Ticket
The number needed for the Days Out voucher is found towards the bottom of the ticket, below the price.
Note: It is not the number following the letters ‘VAT’
