Buying your Arriva Yorkshire tickets on your mobile phone

You can buy Arriva Yorkshire Day Saver, Weekly Saver, 4-Weekly Saver, Annual Saver and Student Saver tickets quickly and securely on your mobile phone using the Arriva m-ticket app.

All you need to do is download our free Arriva m-ticket app and then you can buy Arriva Yorkshire Day Saver, Weekly Saver, 4-Weekly Saver, Annual Saver and Student Saver tickets any time, any place, on your mobile phone. Buy whenever it’s convenient – in advance if you want - and then activate your ticket when you’re ready to start using it for travel.

You’ll need to activate your ticket while you’re connected to the internet – so probably best at home or at work where you have good WiFi or 3G signal. Once you’ve done that – and it takes only a few seconds – just display the ticket on your phone screen, show it to the bus driver and hop aboard!

Buying your tickets from the Arriva Yorkshire bus driver

You can buy single and return tickets and Day Saver tickets from the Arriva Yorkshire bus driver as you get on the bus. In some areas you can also buy Weekly Saver tickets on bus.

Pay cash to the Arriva Yorkshire bus driver as you get on the bus for single or return tickets. If you’re making several journeys in the day a Day Saver ticket may well save you money, and in some regions you can also buy Weekly Saver tickets from the driver.
The driver will also be able to advise you on the best ticket to get.
It’s a huge help to the bus driver if you are able to tender the correct money – particularly if he or she is running low on change. We regret that we aren’t able to accept £50 notes or card payments on the bus.
If you’re not sure how much your single or return ticket will cost you can find out from our customer service team
