1.Who can buy an Arriva Student Saver?
It is available to all full time students, studying at any university, college or sixth form college within the relevant area.
2.Can I share my Arriva Student Saver ticket with a freind?
No, Student Saver tickets are not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they were issued.
3.On which Arriva buses can I use my Student Saver?
An Arriva Student Saver holder can travel on all Arriva Buses Wales bus services*, within the specified Zone.
* Student Savers are not valid on non-local services or park and ride schemes.
4.How do I get a Student Saver?
You can buy your ticket directly from our website, using your Visa, Mastercard, Solo or Switch card for payment. We will post your ticket to you using Royal Mail 1st class post (Recorded Delivery upgrade available) within five working days.

6.What happens if I lose my Student Saver?
Please try not to! Losing your ticket is like losing money and we cannot guarantee to replace it unless we are satisfied that the ticket cannot be used for travel by any other person. We may at our discretion make 1 replacement for a lost or stolen ticket (no further replacements for the same ticket will be made). A charge (currently £25) will always be made for the replacement of a lost or stolen ticket. We will prosecute anyone attempting to travel on Arriva services with fraudulent or stolen tickets.
7.What happens if I leave university or college before my ticket expires?
Discounted prices related to the student ticket are based on the fixed dates, if your course finishes earlier than the specified date refunds cannot be issued, however, if you leave your course early due to circumstances beyond your control, contact our customer services department on 0344 800 44 11.
