Terms of travel
- Saver tickets can be used on any Arriva North West or Arriva Buses Wales buses within the given zones except:
- between Carmarthen and Cardiff on Cymru Express 10 or 20
- night bus services with 'N' numbers
- Park and Ride services
- DRT Shuttle services
- Children under 5 travel free with Arriva. Child fares are available for children aged 5 to under 16
- Child Saver tickets cannot be used after 8pm when travelling in the North West area unless accompanied by an adult
- Family tickets are for up to 5 people, of whom 2 can be adults
- Annual Saver tickets are not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they were issued
- Quality Partnership Bus Services - Arriva operate a number of Quality Partnership Schemes with other bus operators, on the services that form these schemes Day and Weekly saver tickets issued on-bus can be used on any of the bus companys who are part of the scheme. If you purchased your ticket by any other means (i.e m-ticket, PayPoint) or you have any other type of ticket (i.e. 4-Weekly, Student) you can only use service provided by the bus company who supplied your ticket.
