* Your phone needs to be GPRS-enabled which means you can use it to access the internet.

For iPhone:

Simply go to your App store and download the free Arriva app from there.

For Android phones:

 

Go to 'Market', search for 'Arriva' or 'm-ticket' and download the free Arriva app from there.

For most standard phones (including BlackBerry) this is how m-ticket works in 3 simple steps:

1)    Register online here now.  Once registered, your ticket application will be sent - free of charge - to your phone.

2)    Select and purchase your ticket.  If you haven't got a credit/debit card, or prefer to pay by cash - that's fine - but you will need to add Arriva credit to your phone ('Add-cash' option within the m-ticket application) which you can easily do from your nearest PayPoint outlet or Arriva Travel shop.

3)    Activate your ticket when you're ready to travel.  Your ticket will be displayed on your mobile phone screen - simply show it to your driver.  (Ticket is available from date of first use, not purchase.)
