Welwyn Garden City

The Howard Centre opened its doors in October 1990, and has around 8 million visitors per annum to its 58 stores, which include John Lewis and Debenhams. The Centre is easy to get to on an Arriva Bus, with the bus station immediately outside the northwest entrance.
