Celebrating the part we play in 'your everyday'
Arriva Yorkshire have launched a brochure celebrating being part of the everyday lives of 1000’s of people across the county.
Following the launch of 43 new buses at the beginning of the year, we wanted to show exactly what the investment meant to our passengers.
Nigel Featham, managing director for Arriva Yorkshire, said: ”People are at the heart of everything we do, and with over 80 new buses being delivered to Yorkshire this year, we wanted to celebrate with the people who live and work in the communities we serve.”
We asked a number of people selected at random to become the stars of our brochure and share their “everyday” with us. These include Andrew, a volunteer at The Hepworth in Wakefield , Janette, a personnel clerk for Morrisons supermarket in Heckmondwike and Idrees, a pupil at St Joseph’s Catholic primar in Wakefieldy school in Dewsbury.
