The Bus Angels sent to make you smile
Local bus company, Arriva North East were literally rolling out the red carpet for some very special guests next week……their passengers. Arriva North East’s Angels were greeting passengers with refreshments and a smile as they arrived at the Haymarket Bus Station ready to walk down the red carpet to catch their bus.
The Arriva Angels will be travelling on buses throughout the region this month chatting to passengers, helping them with queries and principally just giving everyone a smile.
Nigel Featham, managing director for Arriva North East, explains: “Our passengers are so valuable to us that we really want to show them how much we do care and appreciate their custom. The Angels can now give a little bit back to our loyal customers by making sure they have a positive experience on our services.
He added: “We believe that the Arriva Angels will be welcomed by our passengers and we really hope that people will enjoy meeting them and overall enjoy having a chat on their way to work.”
The Arriva Angels will be travelling on Arriva services throughout the North East and will be at Middlesbrough Bus Station from 9am on Friday 16 March
