Closure of Feethams R'about, Feethams and Victoria Road junctions
We have been advised by Darlington Council of the closure of the Feethams/Victoria Road roundabout/junctions from Monday 25 to Friday 29 July 2011. Emergency diversions will be in operation involving temporary bus stops and changes to stands and passengers are asked to watch for Council notices on affected stops and allow extra time for their journey particularly for onward rail/bus connections and to reach relocated departure points and stands that are likely to be congested.
Route 14 Darlington - Skerne Park (Eve 30A / 31A)
Will leave the town centre via Parkgate, Park Place, Clifton Road then normal Skerne Park route, returning via Parkside, Grange Road, and Houndgate to Church Row then run via Crown Street to reach its normal stand. Passengers from Clifton Road may travel via Skerne Park to reach Darlington centre.
Routes 27/X27 Richmond - Darlington
Will operate from Richmond into Darlington via Grange Road, Houndgate and Church Row to “L” stand in Tubwell Row. On return to Richmond via Parkgate, Park Place, Clifton Road (temporary stop in Clifton Road for Rail Station passengers), Parkside and Grange Road.
Relocated stops:-
X66 from “L” to a temporary stop adjacent to “Aspire” in Crown Street.
12, 75/75, 77, X26/27/X27 across Tubwell Row from “M” to “L”
