Changes to Services in Milton Keynes
IN APRIL THIS YEAR, ARRIVA MADE CHANGES TO THE BUS NETWORK IN MILTON KEYNES, FOLLOWING FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS, FURTHER CHANGES HAVE NOW BEEN ANNOUNCED TO ADDRESS SOME OF THE MAIN CONCERNS RAISED.
The changes come into effect on the 15th August and reflect many of the comments and observations of customers who have contacted us directly since the review was introduced. All ward members of the council have been fully consulted about these changes by the cabinet member and our suggestions have received support from both officers and councillors.
The concerns customers have had over the reliability and punctuality of our services will also be addressed by these changes.
Changes
Great Holm/Two Mile Ash to Stony Stratford
To enable a link to be restored between Great Holm/Two Mile Ash and Stony Stratford, the 14 service will be re routed via Great Holm and Two Mile Ash in both directions on most journeys. Download the new 14 timetable here.

At the request of the local residents, the service we be reverted to operate via Manor Road in Bletchley

The service is to be change to improve punctuality. The service will be re-routed in Wolverton and will no longer serve Windsor Street, and the CMK-Bletchley section of the route will be retimed to improve the overall reliability of the service.

At the request of residents of Kents Hill, the service will be re-routed on the estate to the Tunbridge Grove in both directions.

The service will now operate via Northcroft instead of Livesy Way to restore the link to Westcroft at the request of the residents.
